01Scope

The service provider is lifeREPORT.TV s.r.o., identified above. The customer is a business ordering services for its business activities.

These terms apply to CineBOT.cz engagements where the quotation or contract refers to them and the customer could review them before contracting. Equipment hire without an operator requires a separate agreement. Consumer engagements require individual arrangements and the relevant information; statutory consumer rights are not restricted.

02Enquiries, orders and reservations

A website enquiry or opening a link does not create an order or reserve a date. A contract is formed by accepting a specific quotation through the method stated in it, notably by confirming a pre-approved order form or expressly accepting by email.

The agreed scope, date, location, working time, crew and deliverables govern. Any deposit or other reservation requirements must be stated before acceptance. Orders expressly marked as tests are non-binding.

03Price and payment

Prices follow the accepted quotation. Business prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is added as required by law. Travel, accommodation, overtime and external equipment are charged only as agreed.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. A deposit is required only if agreed beforehand. Additional work and extended operation require prior customer approval, including the price or its calculation.

04Setup and scope

The robot is normally supplied with an operator. Camera, lens, crew size, lighting, power, postproduction, streaming and delivery methods are specified in the quotation. Website photographs and technical examples do not by themselves define an engagement.

Vehicle mounting, specialist rigging, DMX, Unreal Engine, sync interfaces and external axes are agreed per project. Setup and repositioning time depend on the configuration and location conditions.

05Cooperation and safety

The customer provides timely location access, permissions, site information and the agreed facilities. The provider determines safe trajectories and operates the equipment; unauthorised people must stay outside the robot’s working area.

Unsafe conditions may require a necessary suspension. The parties agree remedies, alternative procedures and any schedule or price implications. Waiting time or additional work is not automatically charged without an agreed basis.

06Deliverables and licence

Formats, quantities, delivery dates and revision rounds are agreed in the quotation. RAW footage, project files and long-term archiving are not included unless expressly agreed.

After full payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive right to use final deliverables for the agreed purpose, media, territory and period. Where these are not explicit, use is limited to what the contractual purpose requires, including delivery to an end client where that purpose entails it. Where the quotation includes sharing or streaming during the event, the customer is authorised for that agreed use as soon as the relevant output is delivered. Music and other third-party rights are cleared as agreed. The provider needs separate permission to use footage for its own promotion.

07Changes and cancellation

Notify changes to the date or scope, or cancellation, promptly by contact email. A replacement date depends on availability and agreement. Any special cancellation rules must be agreed in advance.

Unless otherwise agreed, customer cancellation is settled on the basis of completed work and evidenced, reasonably incurred non-recoverable costs, less savings and refunds; the resulting charge will not exceed the agreed price of the cancelled engagement. Deposits are reconciled and any surplus refunded within 14 days of settlement.

08Obstacles to performance

A party affected by an unforeseeable obstacle beyond its reasonable control must promptly notify the other party and mitigate the effects. The parties first seek a replacement date or reasonable alternative.

If the engagement cannot take place, delivered services and agreed costs are settled and payments for unprovided services refunded. Statutory rights for breach and responsibility for obstacles attributable to a party are not excluded.

09Defects and complaints

Where possible, raise visible issues during shooting so they can be corrected. Notify defects or other failures to meet the agreement promptly by email, identifying the engagement, problem and requested remedy.

The provider assesses the complaint and offers an appropriate contractual or statutory remedy, such as correction, completion or a price reduction. A change in creative preference alone is not a defect where the output meets the approved brief. Statutory defect rights are not curtailed.

10Liability

Each party is liable for breaches of its duties as provided by law. The provider remains responsible for its crew and proper operation of equipment; its own errors are not automatically passed to the customer.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability for intent, gross negligence, infringement of natural personal rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Both parties must take reasonable steps to prevent and mitigate damage.

11Materials, confidentiality and personal data

The customer secures rights to its supplied materials and cooperation regarding filmed people and locations; the provider is responsible for materials it obtains itself. The parties protect non-public production, commercial and technical information.

Contact and contractual data are processed to handle enquiries, perform the contract, meet accounting duties and protect legitimate claims. Roles concerning recordings of people are determined per engagement; any required processing agreement is concluded in advance. These terms are not marketing consent or blanket permission to publish likenesses. Direct data questions and rights requests to the provider’s contact email.

12Governing law and final provisions

The contract is governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code, without affecting mandatory rules applicable to the relationship. The parties first seek an amicable solution; otherwise the competent court under applicable rules resolves the dispute.

The version made available when the contract was formed applies. Later publication of changes does not by itself amend existing engagements. Individual agreements prevail. Invalidity of one provision does not affect others that can stand independently.

Translations are provided for convenience. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Czech version prevails.
